Within the logistics category you can find below the subcategories of a problem and details connected to logistics issues like picking, packaging, or transport:
- Wrong item - An item inside a correctly labelled package or box is wrong. (Example: you ordered XCAN 8 and received package of XCAN 6 with label XCAN 6).
- Transport damage - The box or pallet is damaged, and you noticed it after receiving the delivery. NOTE: Always remember that transport damage needs to be always noted in POD (Proof of Delivery) from the courier. Always attach picture of the box/pallet and the item to the complaint being reported.
- Damaged item - An item inside the package is scratched, but this was not caused by the transport. NOTE: Always attach the picture of the damage and picture of the box.
- Wrong quantity in delivery - Wrong quantity delivered compared to ordered one. (Example: you ordered 10 packages, but you received different quantity). NOTE: Specify how many packages/ items you did received in the issue description field.
- Missing component in the delivery - Ordered item not received.
- Missing shipment - Some items / part of delivery is missing. NOTE: The reason is probably loss of package/pallet in the transport.
- Wrong delivery address - Wrong items received. NOTE: The reason might probably be a mixing of deliveries between customers. If you specify, what you did receive, it can help us to find out which customer received your delivery and organize the change faster.
- Delay - Choose between late delivery when you do not receive your shipment or delivery time and you would like to make a complaint, or in case of Change on Order - COO on component when it was sent too late or done again, or component availability when you cannot reach required quantity or item.
Other logistic issue - Delivery which cannot be recognized (pallet/box not recognizable), there is no damage to the item, but you see the risk of it and in your opinion, component is poorly secured, or there was difficulty unloading
