In each case which came to operations to provide best customer experience and be able to act properly, we need to conduct root cause analysis.

Based on traceability and dates, we are able to analyze the product from technical point of view based on drawing and also reach the person within Operations or at supplier side to understand what happened, why it happened and why it was not catch at inspection stage.

Base on that we define action which will prevent to occur this issue in the future.
