After issuing the complaint for non configurable item, you can place the order when responsible case handler will give you the "green light".

Placing the order without this information is under your responsibility - you need to be aware that the stock can be not correct. 

Replacement order can be placed to the smallest part possible to replace and order. This information need to be confirmed with the responsible case handler.

In case of ordering without approval bigger assembly, full credit note can be refused and only faulty part can be credited by case handler.
